Terms of Service — Online Profile Rescue (OPR)

1) Service Description

OPR provides tools to help users diagnose potential issues with Google Business Profile listings, generate evidence checklists, and draft appeal materials. Our tools provide guidance only and do not guarantee any specific outcome with Google or any other third party.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OPR. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3) Account Registration

Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OPR for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5) Pricing and Payment

OPR offers both free and paid services. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Current Pricing

• Risk Scanner: Free (no payment required)
• Rescue Kit: $147 CAD (one-time purchase, per business profile)
• Agency License: $497 CAD per month (subscription)

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices may change at any time with reasonable notice.

6) Refund Policy

We strongly encourage you to use our free Risk Scanner and review all product information before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7) Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases (Rescue Kit)

Subscriptions (Agency License)

For subscription-based products like the Agency License:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period
• No prorated refunds are given for partial billing periods
• Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated at the same rate if pricing changes

8) Digital Product Delivery

All OPR products are digital services delivered electronically. Upon purchase:

• Access is granted immediately after successful payment
• No physical products are shipped
• The Rescue Kit is tied to one specific business profile
• You receive 5 appeal letter generations per Rescue Kit purchase

9) Intellectual Property

OPR and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

OPR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

OPR does not provide legal advice. Our tools generate guidance based on publicly available information. For legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.

OPR does not guarantee Google will approve your appeal. Google makes all final decisions about Business Profile suspensions independently. Our tools help you submit the strongest possible appeal, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
